Trip and fall type accidents (also known as premises liability cases) can occur on a sidewalk, exterior or interior stairs, improperly cleaned surfaces (including improper snow and ice removal) or as a result of a dangerous defect (ie: a hole, gap or raised portion) on any walking surface.
